November 2018 - Represented a private investment firm in the acquisition of 235 acres in Northwest Georgia for the purpose burdening the land with a conservation easement in perpetuity.  The firm assisted in structuring the purchase to ensure a continuing holding period pursuant to 26 CFR 1.721-1.  Robinson Title and Escrow, LLC performed the extensive title work on the property back to the land patent and acted as escrow and settlement agent for the transaction.
