Todd N. Robinson
Todd Robinson is a business attorney known for zealous advocacy both at the closing table and in the courtroom. Todd represents clients across the United States in the financial services, investment, commercial real estate, and tech industries. Todd handles a variety of transactions matters for his clients ranging from commercial loan closings, real estate private equity capital raises, joint venture agreements, commercial leasing, business acquisitions, and general commercial real estate services for investors and developers. Todd also handles complex litigation matters and has represented clients both in federal and state court in matters relating to investment disputes, landlord-tenant, breaches of fiduciary duties, allegations of fraud and lender liability.
Before founding Robinson Law, Todd practiced commercial real estate and commercial litigation at some of Atlanta's largest and most prestigious law firms. Todd currently resides in Glenwood Park, Atlanta with his wife and two young boys. Todd enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Wei Zhou is an associate in Robinson Law’s corporate and commercial real estate group. Her practice is concentrated in the area of real estate finance, corporate transactions, and business and securities. Wei is a recent graduate from the Emory University School of Law where she graduated at the top of her class and was a member of the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Law Review. She was also the President of the Emory Real Estate Law Society. Prior to attending Emory Law, Wei practiced law in China at commercial and investment banks and maintains active licensure there. Wei is also licensed to practice law in New York is pending admission in New Jersey and Georgia.
Nicholas G. Moore
Nicholas G. Moore is an associate in Robinson Law’s corporate group. His practice is concentrated in the area of technology transactions, corporate law, with an emphasis on corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate finance and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Robinson Law, Nicholas was in house counsel at the largest privately-held telecommunications infrastructure company in the United States.
